Our message boards were created to allow our site visitors (that's you!) to share ideas, gain support, offer suggestions and generally be a part of a friendly online community. Our goal is to provide a positive environment for everyone involved. By posting a message anywhere on our site, you understand and are in agreement with these rules. Please read, follow, and respect them. You must be at least 13 years old to post messages. Advertisements will be deleted, unless the Moderators give prior permission. Users who pass through the board to advertise a service, event, competition or personal website will find their posts removed, even if the link seems to correspond to the theme of the message board. An exception to this will apply to “regular” posters (you know who you are!) selling or trading personal items. One post only, please. No excessive swearing. If you don’t hear it on network TV, chances are it isn’t appropriate here. There are young people lurking and posting - lets try to keep the message board relatively clean. Sharing of information and exchange of ideas is encouraged and welcome on our message boards. While you may not agree with every message posted, flames, put-downs and general rudeness will not be tolerated. Flames can be described as messages that are insulting or inflammatory in nature, used to judge or criticize someone, or to belittle their ideas in an abusive manner. If a thread develops into a flamefest, it may be deleted and a 3-day “cooling off period” may be imposed on anyone who participated in the thread, regardless of their guilt or innocence for causing it. Repeated "pot-stirring" will also no longer be tolerated. These thinly veiled attempts to rekindle a flamefest will be deleted, and repeat offenders may be permanently banned from using this site. We are a community of real horsepeople who do not welcome posters that falsify their experiences to us. Sim-game posters and trolls who post incorrect information to garner sympathy or attention should post elsewhere. No insults on religion, nationalities, sexual orientation etc. Derogatory racial comments or religion bashing posts are not allowed. Religious discussions are fine, but please don’t let them get out of hand. Do not give out your personal information, or anyone else’s. This includes: Full name, address, telephone number, fax number, and cell phone number. Please report any individual that asks for or gives out such personal information to the Moderators. IP'S and ISP'S are only visible to the Moderators. Please do NOT ask for such information. If you have a problem with a poster report the problem to the Moderators and it will be dealt with accordingly. Fallacies of logic involving "the right to free speech" will not be tolerated. Just as in church, at school, in a bar, and just about every other private and public place, if one can't behave accordingly, s/he's ejected. No porn or inappropriate gory pictures. Graphic equine injury photos may of course be posted, but please utilize a subject line warning for those who might not like to see it. Users agree not to post any material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner(s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. StableMinds.com wants to encourage an open (and considerate) exchange of information and ideas on these message boards. However, if you violate these site guidelines, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to remove your postings. If you become a consistent problem for us and the site’s other users, you may be banned from using this free service. These rules can be changed at any time at the discretion of the moderators. If you don't like this message board, the members who post here, or the way this message board is run, then we suggest you exercise your right to post elsewhere.
